Five bees flew to big, red flower,
in a pleasant morning shower.
They look and what is in a poppy?
A strange bee – all weird and choppy.
She was grey, skinny, cross eyed,
frightened, so she wished to hide.
She had one of her legs missing,
one of five bees started hissing.
Other bee, right next to her,
shouted at her: “don’t you dare!”
“She needs our help and care,
all the goodness we can spare!”
Fellow bees agreed at once,
it is rude to hiss and glance.
Took the weird bee to hive,
carrying her gently – (all of the five).
After a week miracle happened,
the weird bee got well and fattened.
All other bees loved her like sisters,
and flew together fast like mad twisters.
